I worked at red Robin for 4 years and got free burgers nightly if I wanted them, the staff at 5 guys knew me by name and knew my... order verbatim and knew I was coming in every night after work (at a "burger joint") to get my fave order from my fave (a wayyyybetter more fresh than red robin) burger and fry place! 5 guys is THE BEST BURGER you're going to get around here. Period. Madefresh to order every single time with fresh cut ingredients to add as much as u want to ur burger and an entire bag of friesthat are phenomenal!! And don't even get me started on their famous milkshakes. They have every flavor you can imagine and youcan even mix flavors. My favorite is a chocolate peanut butter extra thick shake. The food is great, best french fries in Watertown by far. Everything is prepared fresh for each customer, and the service is... always top notch. That being said, you do have to wait for your food, the seating area is not very attractive and very noisy,something like a high school cafeteria. I usually take out. Read more

Out of all the Five Guys we have been to, this one had the longest wait and it wasn't busy. Other than that, the food was good.... The orders were all correct. The place was pretty clean, bathrooms clean. Read more
We go to Five Guys for the amazing fries. Unfortunately, we received many tinny pieces of fries that were way over done. There... were very few fries even an inch long. The burgers were very good they would have scored a 5 but the fries were awful. Read more
