The food was delicious but they were out of a few items making my decision a bit more complicated.
Ordered online through their own website with Seamless. There were no options listed for vegetables, cheeses, or meat selection... on our sandwiches but options for condiments and such. So when I ordered a Italian cold combo sub, I expected the sandwiches tobe made with whatever they usually put on that- meat, cheese, veggies, etc and I specified the extra. I asked for mayo. Ireceived a meat and mayo sandwich. No lettuce or cheese or tomato. The ordering online system definitely needs to specify whatthey need you to type in textbox or have a lot more drop down menus for the fixings. Also ordered cheesecurds, recieved thespicy ones but was charged for the more expensive regular ones. Otherwise food was fine. Read more

I love jrecks not this location very much... Washington St location is the best one! But it was okay
So I went in, I ordered 2 half subs, and 2 whole subs. I got some sides and drinks. I remembered it being $51, i looked at my... bank account and its showing $61.14. I have my receipt says 50.95, so I'd really like to know where this random 10.19 is comingfrom. They even forgot my sub and had to bring it out to me as I was about to pull out. I absolutely love this place! I have never been disappointed in the food I?ve had here over the years. The employees are always... kind and efficient. We all know food service is hard but they are always on top of their game and seem to go with the flow evenwhen it?s busy. Read more
