Asked the employees to get 2 chocolate milkshakes to be made and was instantly given a bad attitude and the milk shakes were the... absolute worst milk shakes I've ever had. Very thin, majority milk and ice cream that wasn't even blended. Poor customerservice and poor food handling. Will NEVER go to this stewarts shop again. Read more
The lady who she told me he name was Joe was really rude.I'm 68yrs old and I,m a respected person she was a total jerk. I know... business and if she was like that to my customer 68 or any other age I would have her gone a long time ago.I don't,t evercomplain but something like her behavior is unnessary.I know sometimes they get rude customer,s but this wash,t the case.I willgo to another store next time where I will be treated better. Manager decided it was ok to take advantage of my grandmother and steal half of her scratch ticket winnings by lying about her... total prize amount. This store is garbage, even before the theft, but this just ices the cake. Avoid at all costs, just go toanother Stewart?s. Read more
This is the closest Stewart's Shop to my home. The bonus about them being so close to me is that I don't have to go far if I... need a quick item. I do get the occasional hankering for a milkshake, but if I need that I go to any Stewart's but this one.They always seemed quite rude and put out of their way whenever I look at the ice cream menu upon walking in LOL. A good examplewill be about 5 minutes ago. Any Stewart's I want to go into right now they will make me my milkshake, but you walk into thisone and they automatically jump to sorry we don't make them this late. So now here I am on my way over to Washington Streetbecause I know they are very friendly and I will get the service that will make me want to come back. Read more
Every time I go to get an iced coffee I always get someone who has an attitude. The associate will usually be in a conversation... and act as though I was a disruption. The first time I started having issues, the woman behind the counter scratched her armpit(under her shirt) then handed me my cup. I was mortified but there was a line and she was already unfriendly. They guy working at 635 pm on Sunday nov 20th is by far the rudest employee I?ve encountered at a Stewart?s before I could even... finish my question he said ? if you don?t see it then we don?t have it? then told me they just got new inventory in but hecouldn?t go in the freezer to even check.
