We were in Watertown for a Soccer tournament and in between game went for lunch, it wasn?t packed but it took over 40 minutes to... get our salad ( that had way to much dressing,) and the rest of the food was lukewarm, I asked for more lettuce to mix with thedressing and the rest we just ate as fast as we could as not to be late for our next game. We went to Applebee?s at 4:30 tonight for a early dinner. The whole restaurant was a complete mess. Employees were just standing... around. Floor was filthy and tables were dirty. I?m uploading pictures. There is no reason that it should look that way. Ourserver was a high schooler who must of just started. She brought our food, we were eating about 10 minutes she stopped to ask ifwe were thinking dessert then came back literally five minutes later and asked while we were still eating if we needed to goboxes. This was definitely okay. I had the sirloin steak, salad and mashed potatoes. It was cooked correctly and tasted good. My... wife had the Oriental chicken salad and enjoyed it as well. As an added bonus I tried a local root beer - so all good. Theservice was fast and friendly and the are definitely taking the right precautions for cleanliness and social distancing. Read more
Really good hamburgers with good fries. Great atmosphere and wait staff is courteous and not overbearing.
