Unfortunately, our dining experience was terrible at this location. We ordered the cheese curds and pretzel bites. The cheese... curds were tasteless and the pretzel bites were served with cold, sticky cheese sauce. When our main course came, my husband wasgiven Carolina reaper wings instead of mango habanero. He sent them back and was given the exact same thing again. It cost me$102 for a meal I didn't even get to enjoy. Pretty disappointing experience all around. Read more

Today was, buy one traditional wings, get one for 1/2 price. I had the buffalo dry rub on 6 of them and chipotle BBQ rub on 6. I... also requested the Nashville hot and mango habanero sauce to put on them. The buffalo dry rub had a nice heat and paired wellwith the Nashville hot sauce. The chipotle BBQ was not very flavorful, however with the mango habanero it had plenty of heat andflavor. My wife had a salad that was tasty to both the eyes and pallet, along with the salad she had a buffalo chicken wrap,which she dipped in my mango habanero sauce. She's loved it. Read more
We had a table of 6 today. Our wait staff was pleasant, helpful and very accomodating. Our food and drinks were served quickly... and every thing was GREAT! We came in for an early dinner and arrived after they were probably cleaning up from the lunch rush. We were able to get seated... quickly and the waitress did great taking care of our table and a few others while also cleaning up and seating people. Layoutis the same as any Buffalo Wild Wings. We always say they give out less fries everytime we eat at any location. Food was good.Some of us tried the new chicken sandwiches and they were good. Bathrooms were decent. They ran out of silverware so theybrought us some plastic utensils. Not a big deal since most of us didn't really need utensils and the ones who did were forsalad or Mac and cheese. Been working in Watertown since June and became a regular at Buffalo?s Wild Wings. Made some good friends with the staff.... Always had a good time here with coworkers and every once and a while we had some slow service but the place was packed. All inall had a good time here. You better double check your bill before you sign it, they charged me 10 extra dollars thinking i wouldn't notice it, i told the... waitress Chloe about it and they took forever to fix it. And in addition to that our food had a huge amount of seasoning, theydidn't provide us with napkins or silverware for the salad. Very questionable place. Read more
