Great food, not-so clean store and bathrooms. Employees were nice enough.

Foods usually good however this time both mine and my friends subs were lukewarm at best and my Mac and cheese literally wasn?t... even warmed up it seemed. Mixed with the fact that the employees had no sort of idea what hospitality was. Thanks for theabhorrent service. Read more

A great sub and drink for a decent price! Clean tables and friendly staff. Nice place to stop for lunch.

Much better food than subway or jimmy John?s, ordering is easy and portion sizes are satisfying. Bread is very soft and pickles... were nice and crunchy Read more

Very disappointed in the lack of changing table in either restroom. We went out of our way from the interstate to stop for food... and needed to make an additional stop to change our baby. Food was okay. Restaurant didn?t feel as clean as other locations. Read more

Passing through town while working and Firehouse subs sounded amazing after a long day on the road. I walked in and the place... was like a ghost town except for 3 employees behind the counter. There wasn?t the usual ?welcome to firehouse subs? like whenthey seem genuinely happy you?re there. One of the employees kinda mumbled something and I said, one sec - waiting for myhusband. So we ordered and it took what seemed like longer than normal time (vs a FH subs with heavy traffic) to make two subseven though, as I said, we were the only ones there. We placed our orders to go and the subs weren?t even put togethercorrectly or any sort or neatness. Half of the meat and other items were spilled in the box. I ordered the turkey, bacon andranch sub and the ranch sauce was everywhere so when I tried to pick up the sub, it got all over my hands. Probably the worstexperience I?ve ever had at a firehouse subs - their service is usually pretty top notch. I know it was the middle of the daywhen we stopped in, but there was no excuse for the slowness of the employees, being we were the only ones there. Maybe if theyspent less time gawking at the tv and making subs they would?ve made a decent order Read more

Major complaints: communication and freshness Positive remarka: the best ishment and restrooms were clean and neat. Order: 1.... Medium Wheat Steak and cheese no mustard with pickle 2. Medium white steak and cheese plain (no pickle) I LOVE pickles and myhusband loathes them. I asked for the pickle in my box. The gentlement repeated 3 times that the pickle is not put on thesandwich. I stated he doesn't like pickles, I will eat it. Guess where the pickle was? Sitting on top of the subroll. Thepickle juice gets on the bread and makes.it taste like pickles. Does the person who is eating that roll going to eat it if theydetest pickles? No. It seems silly, but listening can go a long ways. The meat was not freshly cooked, it was lukewarm thecheese had aolified like it had been melted then cooled off. We won't be back to any of the locations, traveling or not. Read more
