If I could leave less than one star I would. This Culver?s is consistently horrible. They usually mess up your order. You wait... an insane amount of time, even when they are not busy. And the quality of the food is terrible. My husband and I went there lastnight for ice cream. Drive thru was busy so I went in and ordered a vanilla malt and a raspberry shake. After waiting over 10minutes, and watching several people talking, laughing and messing around by the ice cream station, I finally called out tosomeone and told her I had been waiting for a long time. I was told they would make my order asap. My husband?s malt was ok. Myraspberry shake was raspberry milk. I?m seriously not sure if there was ANY ice cream AT ALL!!!! Read more
Ordered a single butterburger meal and pint of Custard. They Lost my order and when I finally got my order it was wrong! It was... a double and I was charged for a double. Meanwhile my Custard is melting. Not a great experience! Read more
Hoping this review institutes some changes. Its ok to employ all young staff but I have noticed the food quality of this... Culver's compared to johnson creek or DeForest is really poor. Often long wait times drive through moves. I hope forimprovement. Read more
The attitude, the gossip, the demeanor was terrible. I told some high school girl with glasses and a heart necklace she needed... to work on her manners and she rolled her eyes and said ?thank you for your feedback.? I said ?that?s my point? then her andother female workers laughed. Really rude service from the beginning. My 4 year old even said ?have a good night? to these highschool mean girls. Wow. Normally I love the food. Stopped her after work tonight for my dinner and was very disappointed with what I got for $12.00. Of... course by time I got home and realized, it was too late to go back because it is closing. Normally I would check my food beforeleaving but never had an issue here so didn?t. ???? I got a bacon deluxe with basically nothing on it ( not by choice) and like8 fries. Also may I add, pretty sure it was not made fresh. It was cold by time I got home not even 5 minutes away. For a family of 5, I spent roughly 45 dollars on what I would consider a decent meal. The Watertown area's Culvers has never... messed up any of my orders. My kids often ask if we can visit Culvers for the sweet treats. Read more
