Went for the first time, been living here for 4 years, decided to try the breakfast, and it is hands down the best omelete in... watertown. Weve been everywhere and tend to travel 40 min for breakfast joints, but the chef has been there for 30yrs, its notdry, over cooked or anything! Service was good! And you can't beat the prices! Not happy. I have no problem with food costs rising to raise the price on food. The Monday burger special went up $1. What I... don?t understand is charging.70 cents for one square styrofoam container for one hamburger, Deeg?s said it was a carry outcharge. Needless to say, I won?t be coming to Deeg?s for anything. This place is great. Can get busy, so just be aware of that. The food is always delicious hot and fresh. We love all the... options here. Breakfast is so good, not super greasy like pine cone is. We come here over there all the time. Portion sizesare huge, you could most definitely share if you wanted too, we don't haha! The staff is always friendly, kind and works veryhard. Place is clean, has had some upgrades lately, and we are all for it. Menu is large and offers something for anyone. Caneven get a basket of fries for breakfast ;) The enchilada dinner is my favorite, the deeg delite is so good, the pancakes,omelets, skillet meals, I mean really, I could go on and on, but definitely can't beat the 2 2 2 deal!! I can't wait to come back and eat here again! What a great find this restaurant is! This place has fantastic food!! Great... variety of American and Mexican choices to eat and their prices are more than fair, too! Our server, Jaydah, was great! She madegood suggestions, told us the specials, and answered all my weird questions about the food... not to mention she was veryattentive & friendly. I had a large order of chicken strips & fries and my husband had the beef tacos. We also had an appetizerof hot wings to start. The hot wings were fricken awesome!! Nice crispy light breading and delicious vinegar-y hot sauce onthem..yummm. Even though they were all flats & no drummies, I couldn't complain. The chicken strips were meaty & the breadingamount was perfect. The fries were crinkle cut (my favorite) and cooked just right & all the food came nice & hot to thetable...phenomenal. My husband said the tacos were delicious. They came with sides of salsa verde & when I tried that, I fell inlove with it. Fresh tasting and the right amount of spice, as it should be. Btw..They make their own Salsa Verde so it's notfrom a generic jar or something & it's the best tasting version of it I've ever had. They should jar it up and sell it! You'vegot to try it!
