Absolutely garbage customer service. I ordered two of my pastas as bread bowls and neither of them were bread bowls upon... delivery. The app doesn?t show wether you ordered is a bread bowl or not so to have the guy on the phone tell me I ordered tinsI was appalled. I?m not blind. I clicked the bread bowl option. The man on the phone sounded annoyed I had called in the firstplace and was very lazy with trying to help only to sit there and tell me I?m wrong when the app says nothing. UNIMPRESSED Read more
Absolutely disgusted! You guys are lucky I cant post a picture of what we found on our pizza tonight. Trust me you would throw... up! Never ever will I be ordering pizza from here or any other place for that matter. Update!! Was able to get pics uploaded ofthe pizza with the nasty stuff. Zoom in and you can clearly see what that is, absolutely disgusting. Just for the record wereturned the pizza got a full refund and refused free food in the future. Owner tried to give me free certificates and they weredenied by us, we told the owner not to worry about it that it would be a waste because we will not be returning ever, notseeking nothing free! We work hard for our money and have no need to try and get free food items. I refuse to supportestablishment that are unhealthy and not clean! Read more
Pizzas never disappoint and the staff is beyond hospitable. What a real domino?s experience should be.
Just ordered 2 sandwiches, which we love. Ordering time was 33 minutes for contactless delivery. Just under an hour later the... delivery person arrived. She rang the doorbell and just stood there waiting for us. So much for contactless delivery. Sandwichesneeded to be reheated. Read more
We haven't ordered Domino's in years because the food quality had gone down hill. The wings were like rubber. Decided to give it... a shot and yet again horrible. Timing was way off. Said driver was on my street yet I waited outside another 10 mins. Paid forextra meat on sandwiches and didn't get it. 5 cheese dip wasn't even melted and had so much oil sitting on top, also burnt tothe bottom and just disgusting. No twists with the tiny amount of burnt apple dip. Lava cakes were also dried out and burnt to acrisp. They sent a new apple dip but that's it. I usually love the Alfredo bread bowl. And the cinnamon twists are awesome!! Unfortunately this time they had no sauce on the... pasta. It was literally very dry undercooked pasta. No flavor!!! I actually order this dish a few times every month!! So Icalled to complain and he said that everything is weighed out and he would refund me. Ok so now I know to never go to thisDomino's or you will have no sauce!!! It's better to make the drive to Beaver Dam!!! Read more
Always as good as Domino's can be. Staff is friendly and polite. Always order carryout and it's always ready on time. Bonus... they're open late! Store loiks clean even at the end of the day. Good for a Domino's! Read more
