The food here is very delicious it's getting a little pricey but it is worth it. The service was also very good! So as I was... looking through the other reviews besides mine Hardee's seems to reply with a general response to everyone which is exactly thesame I think it's very rude that they can't take the time to read the actual reviews of their customers. Somebody made acomplaint about their service and the reply from Hardee's was oh we're glad you had a good experience I'm sorry that shows thatthey don't read those!! You may want to train your staff about manners and the understanding that their job requires some degree of being... kind..ESPECIALLY your manager!!!! I was given the wrong sauce with my jalapeno poppers. Went back to the counter to get thecorrect sauce. Manager speaks up immediately and says I have to pay for the sauce. I explained I recieved the wrong sauce.Instead of apologizing the first thing she said was, Give me the ranch back. Didn't even ASK!!!!! I've been in the restaurantbusiness for 30 years. My child and I did not enjoy our food. My burger tasted old and odd, and the chicken tenders my child ordered were questioned if... it's even chicken. Sorry but food is supposed to taste awesome and your prices don't match the taste. Read more

I ordered the new primal burger. It had prime rib on it along with some onion rings! Very tasty burger! I just wish i didnt have... to wait 27 minutes for it. I saw several customers inside and outside in the drive through get served before me after orderingafter me. Read more
