I am impressed with the quality, service, and pricing of Little Caesars. Several times I have been running errands and have had... no time to go home and prepare a meal. I walk into Little Caesar's and I was able to grab a pepperoni pizza that was hot andfresh with zero wait time. The price was unbeatable and the staff in Watertown was friendly and polite. I'll be honest, I thought I had grown past Little Caesars after my teens, but I came back to them to try the new... pepperoni-palooza or whatever it's called. And I'll admit, I'm hooked again. The pizza is tastes great, and you can't beat theprice. The dipping sauces are pretty disgusting though. The garlic dip is like melted garlic flavored jello. Watertown's shopgets an A+ for customer service too. I've called in my orders are they are super friendly on the phone and in store. Theemployees all seem nice and having a good time. Franklin, they seem like the one place not suffering from a staffing issue. Thefood is always ready on time too. The hot pizza lockers are super cool too. Keep it up Little Caesars Watertown! This place is seriously hit-or-miss with food quality. You can?t expect a whole lot when you?re only spending $5 on pizza, but... it should at least be HOT. The service is always pretty good, but my orders are only hot/delicious about 60% of the time. I?mfairly confident that they let their hot-n-ready?s sit for an hour+, which makes it pretty crappy pizza. (my box said 8 & Ipicked it up at 9:45) Big fan of LC, but I don?t usually end up happy with the food I get. Read more
