I only get 30 minutes for lunch which is why I go to McDonald's they're fast and accommodating. They took 15 minutes to get me... my food and why I did get it everything but the chicken I waited for was cold and terrible. Not the only bad experience I've hadat this location. From poor service to terrible food. Do not eat at this location unless you have no other choice and maybe noteven then. Read more
The manager had the worst customer service skills I've been around. He pretty much through the bag of food across the counter... with the receipt to my grandson. He then proceeded to say to my daughter because he did not give us the proper amount of icecream cones. I guess I just will not help the people in the Drive-Thru now. Because she had to order and pay for two more icecream cones. I was standing there in amazement that this guy actually has a job and customer service. Cocky rude customer service by girl w bull nose ring, short hair, glasses. it should not take 30 min to sit in a drive thru to... get food. Supposedly they take one order at a time then make it. It fast food should be through line in less than 15 min. Read more
Best McDonald's I've ate at in a while, fresh fries, and the McChicken was super hot and fresh. The reason for 4 stars was the... crispy chicken sandwich, it was barely warm which was a downer, but the rest was near perfect. Read more
Great McDonald?s location, right off the highway for easy access. Nice interior, pleasant place to sit and eat. Friendly staff.... Mobile ordering and drive through both available. Connected to a large gas station so a convenient one stop shop for travelers. Read more
I am giving 2 stars simply bc the food was fresh to order. When someone says "EXTRA EXTRA ONIONS" "EXTRA EXTRA PICKLES" This is... not what you should get. Im not sure if they charged extra or not (if they didn't awesome bc we didnt get our burgers the way weordered) but if they did then what the heck. Either way, still freshly made. #1 The wait here is ridiculously LOOOOOONNNNNNMMGGGGGG, might as well go to a sit down restaurant. 2# They need better... management to handle their staffing issues 3# They forget items; so check you bags because they typically forget the hash brownwhen you order a big breakfast 4# McDonald's used to be about customer service, like hey sorry about forgetting your hash brownand you had to drive back 15 min here's a free coupon or hey sorry that it took 20 min with only 3 cars in the drive thru here'sa coupon for a sundae etc. #5 Corporate should someone down to this store so they can evaluate what's really the issue here atthis location.
