It's been 3 weeks and soda machine still out of order?? Obviously a ploy to get buyer to purchase more expensive drinks but... still pay for soda included in meal prices A total scam. When brought to to managers attention she she claimed she could donothing about it. Slammed window in our faces. Nearly 30 bucks for 2 lousy cold meals.talked down to employees brought tocorporates attention. For this amount of money I could have a waitress and hot food. Quality went way down hill. Ask for fresh french fries to be dropped and I got lukewarm fries. Called to give notice and instead of the crew member doing... something complimentary, she treated me as if there was nothing she can do on her end, very dissatisfying. There was nobody at the front taking orders I had to do it on the kiosk. I ordered an iced vanilla coffee and I guess the... vanilla got recalled so I had to choose something else. The soda machines were all out of order and they had no ketchup had toget packets. I ordered a dbl cheeseburger only onion and it had pickles on it and tasted like it's been sitting for awhile theonly good thing that my family ordered were the fries nuggets and mcchicken. Ordered online and had it delivered only for them to forget to put in our sauces, straws, and a chicken sandwich. After finding... that we were being shorted we called them only to have them hang up after blaming THEIR mistake on doordash saying it wasn't onthem, instead of apologizing for THEIR mistake they decided to act like a child. Let's say we ordered a sandwich from MD andasked for no pickles, doordash delivers us a sandwich with pickles on it, that is MD fault is it not? Should I or should I notbe mad at who MADE the food rather than who drove it to me? The kiosk ordering was time consuming. If that's how the cashier's had to take orders, they were good. I had 2 sausage mc... muffins. The first was good. The second, I threw away. It tasted like the bread was sitting out for days. Read more
I've come here on multiple occasions. I work in food service myself- so I understand good days and bad days. but consistently... after 8pm every-time I come, there are LONG wait times- even just waiting for them to say hello or anything. Tonight, we stoppedin to get some food after our shifts (approx 9pm) , just a quick bite to eat. we waited at the speaker for close to 10 minutesand no one answered. upon driving away, there was someone at the window receiving food. this is seriously mind baffling to me,because where i work, they teach us about how slow time passes when you're just sitting in a car & that you should do yourbest to let the guest/customer know you'll be with them shortly if you need to wait. Additionally, on apple maps & mcdonald'swebsite, hours are listed until 12 am. google lists 10pm. either way, if i looked up the hours here or there- it doesn't matter,I was left sitting there for 10 minutes, no "hey i'll be with your shortly or nothing"- while you're still open. I hope this isaddressed, because i've heard multiple people in this community complain about this. I understand being short staff because ideal with that stuff on a daily basis, but a simple "hello, I'll be with you shortly" isn't that hard. Customer service is key. Read more
