Great selection of pizza, fried chicken and salad bar. We're a family of 6 and our table was always kept clear of used plates.... We all enjoyed being able to fill our own soda instead of having to bother or wait for a server. It was our 1st time here andreally enjoyed it. First time dining experience. The Tuscan Roma Pizza with Roma Tomatoes, Spinach, Alfredo Sauce, is excellent. I didn't care for... the yellow gravy on the machine mashed potatoes. The cooked green beans were good. The chocolate chip pan cookie wasgreat. Buffet customers can order their favorite pizza, and staff brings it to their table. I tried to sample a little ofeverything. This is the first time I've ever been to a Pizza Ranch. I could not be more disappointed! There were hardly any pizzas in the... buffet (three). The pizza was OLD! Saw two employees cross contaminate and touch food with bare hands after touching theirface. Took 45 minutes to get the pizza we ordered and it was not fully cooked and missing toppings. ????????**NOW OPEN**???????? I met the manager Ben for a quick second today and all is ready to go!! I will be there when they... open and will have a review for you. I had dinner at another Pizza Ranch and the food was hot on the buffet, the salad bar wascold and crisp how it should be. The desert bar was awesome!! If the pizza your craving is not out on the bar they surly willget it out there for you. The chicken is great!! In fact ALL the food was great and wish it was around when my children wereyoung, it's just the kind of place we need in Watertown. If I remember correctly the price was very reasonable also. Been to Pizza Ranch before but first time visiting location in Watertown. Staff was quick to refill items. Plenty of different... pizza options. The temperature in the adjacent dining area down the steps was very cold compared to the rest of the dining andbuffet areas. Read more
