We received an undercooked roast beef sandwich. When I called about it the owner was kinda rude. He said he ?was willing to work... with me but didn?t like the accusation that it was undercooked?. The meat was very pink tasted undercooked but he refused arefund for it since they get it ?precooked?. Ordered my pizza and sat down inside cause I intended to eat there. After 40 min of waiting I went to the front it ask if my... pizza was ready. An employee asked how it was going and I responded with not good, we have been waiting 40 min for our food andI have to get back to work. The pizzas came out shortly after that interaction. One of the owners came out with our pizzas andasked what the problem was. I explained the problem that I no longer had time to eat my lunch and I don't want it anymore I needto get back to work. The Owner then raised his voice at me and said I would have to pay for the food and berated me in front ofmy co-worker. After being disrespected for several minutes. I paid for my pizza and left. The owner is rude and disrespectful totheir customers when they are in the wrong. DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA PLACE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARMED. Read more
I ordered a deep dish Chicago style sausage pizza, I got a pizza after an hour and a half and it's a pretty sad looking in... Chicago style pizza, then to top it off the entire Pizza had about five sausages on the entire thing. I will say when I call tosmoke to the manager that he was very accommodating and polite and willing to compensate and fix the problem. however afteranother hour and a half away from, mind you my second pizza which is a replacement. the second pizza showed up and lookedidentical to the first one. what a sausage pizza looks like two of those to work there. I ordered a Chicago style sausage pizzaand one order of garlic bread. with the tip it was 40 bucks and to get such a terrible Pizza I would say that I am not going tobe a returning customer. Ordered pizza today and got take out. Pizza was ready when they said it would be done. It was hot and the pizza tasted amazing.... The new management has taken the time to ensure quality as you can tell by the taste of the pizza! Thank you!!!!! Another greatbusiness here in Watertown! Read more
We had two extra large pizzas (18") delivered out of town within a reasonable amount of time. The pizzas were the best I've ever... had or had in many years!! If we're ever in the area again, will be back. As every other restaurant says, please have extrapatience during this time as everyone is Short staffed and doing their best. This pizza masterpiece was a musical melody of many flavors. Real high quality ingredients exploding in my mouth. Heavenly... aftertaste.
