Ordered medium well little pink ribeye and it was medium rare to rare. Blood not steak juice was covered in my plate and went... into my potatoes. I couldn't eat it. But the tipsy zombie drink was yummy. Couldn't taste the alcohol. Read more
Overall great place great servers know from what it looks like very limited wheelchair access if I where in my chair on a bad... day I wouldn't be able to turn around very very tight. Now there great with me not being able to speak and my partner talkingfor me so that's a plus but I haven't yet tried with my wheelchair they dont look accessible again I said look so they might bebut not sure I know they have a step down to the bar but you might be able to get away with going around but I don't know. Andunfortunately I don't know about how accessible the bathrooms are so I can't rate those. But overall great place greatfood,always busy. Read more
I've only ever had 1 bad experience here, where my family of 7 with 3 small children waited well over an hour for our food after... we ordered. I spoke to the manager and our meals were nearly free. We only paid for drinks and kids meals. The manager wasextremely apologetic and made it right. The service is always top notch and speedy, except for the one incident, which hasn'tkept me from returning. Food is always fantastic. We eat here often and it is our go to restaurant. There were surcharges on my final bill. I was never asked or told that there would be extra charges on my bill. I know it's not... the waitresses fault but that really cut into her tip. Most people have a certain amount of money that they set aside to go outand eat and they take that into consideration when they order their food. Does that kitchen appreciation surcharge actually goto the kitchen help? I enjoy eating there but I will never go back. You need to very openly and directly inform people aboutsurcharges not a small sign by the register (if there is one) or very small print at the bottom of a menu somewhere. I only gaveone star because I could not post it with zero Stars. Also this was the second time I went in and we waited a unusually longperiod of time to get our food. The waitress obviously did not put our order in in a timely manner because other people wereserved before we were that came in after us. We sat there for over an hour after we ordered. Read more
Drinks were delicious! Our server was great! But there were problems in the kitchen. They messed up both my kids orders....... twice! And my pasta came out from the kitchen and it was ice cold! The manager personally went to the kitchen and got me a newplate of food, and put in the right order for my kids. I still love the restaurant, but this past visit was a bit of a mess. Read more
It was very very good!! The Adult beverages 5?s the food was delicious!! The ONLY issue that we had was the waitress was... constantly at the table from the moment we sat..PUSHING trying to get us out as fast as she can, I was NOT pleased with this, Iunderstand they go by tips but SERIOUSLY.. My husband & I haven't been out in yrs alone together because of our young daughter..So maybe that's a big reason why I felt a bit offended.. But back on subject, For the amount of the bill we should not have beenpushed and pushed.. 80$$ bill on a Friday at 2:30 PM.. It wasn't even supper time and that's when its crazy.. Went to Applebee's for my birthday dinner. The service was perfect. Brie(?) was an amazing server and she made sure everything... was perfect for my special day. I had the 6 oz sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Everything was cooked expertly. Theonly drawback was being seated so close to others and having to listen to their conversations, but that's ok. Read more
