Very bland food, mushy with absolutely no seasonings. The vegetables for my fajitas looked like they had been microwaved from... frozen and tasted like they were cooked in a microwave as well. No flavor and just bad. You pay an inflated price for terriblefood. There was only one waitress with the manager behind the bar or sitting at the bar eating and watching tv while the poorwaitress ran around trying to get to each table. When I respectfully told the manager that our dining experience was lackingbecause of poor food, he turned his back to me and walked away. His customer service is sorely lacking. I gave 2 stars becausethe chips were decent and the overworked waitress was very kind. Will not be back. Read more
Busy at dinner on Friday night but great service and the live music was phenomenal and of course the food is always amazing ????
Sencond time in two weeks I've gone there and waited 1.5 before my order for ice cream was even even taken. This time the girl,... waitress said she would circle back around for our order, 45 minutes later and still didn't see her so beside getting my owndrink, we paid our 45 dollar bill for 3 drinks we left and ate somewhere else. Later the evening came back and I was told Icould not talk to his daughter the waitress that way, (me asking her if she forgot us and why she didn't circle back around).Instead he told us we could not come back. Horrible customer service. If you say you will be back, try to make it back within ahalf hour. So not only is it exspensive for horribly cooked Mexican food, but service is the worst, and management is does notcare about customer service. Go elsewhere, it's the worst food in Maine. Read more
I had surgery today waiting for a awes9me meal Mexican is my favorite meal. But my chimis had chicken in them not beef they were... soft not fried. So now my husband angrily had to take them back and get them for me again. Read more

Went to Cancun last night (Friday) with my family. Admittedly we stopped at Buen Appétito first where they had a 90 minute... wait. We made the right choice as we were seated right away and had an amazing dinner! Not only is the food more authentic butthe prices and ambiance were perfect to match. Got a tostada - it came out as some ground beef soup on a un-fried wet flour tortilla. The chimi my husband ordered was bland.... My food was mostly inedible. Margarita was ridiculously overpriced. Read more
