Used to be fine, but lately the wait times have gotten so absurd that it can be multiple hours without any call from them or... notification that anything is happening. A month ago placed an order around 8, was told after I called around 10pm wonderingwhat the heck was going on it would be there after midnight (which I cancelled... for obvious reasons). Today placed an orderaround 6PM, it's 8:15 with nothing. Being short staffed is one thing, but a quick courtesy call after an hour or somethingoffering a refund and/or explanation is a pretty easy ask for a chain... I preordered 2 pizzas at 3pm for a 530 delivery. It is now 7pm..called to check and they tell me it will be another 45min. They... haven't even started it yet. They had a 3 hour lead time. I wouldn't recommend Dominoes or will I ever go again. Speaking withthem they don't care said they were busy and hung up on me. Read more
I love dominos, but tonight I placed an order for a Sandwich and pasta. I placed the order at 10:09pm, and I am sitting here at... 12:56pm, almost three hours later with no food. I have called twice, the first time being an hour ago and I was told it would beabout 45 minutes longer due to being short staffed, I ordered delivery but offered to pickup but it would?ve been difficult forthem to refund. The workers are trying their best, but they seriously need to hire more staff or treat their employees goodenough for them to want to continue employment long enough for them to be able to offer a functional delivery system. Several times I have ordered online but it's never ready at the scheduled time. Today it's 40 minutes past the scheduled pick... up time. In the past, it's been 1 to 2 hours! If the time can't be corrected online, I wish they would just accept phoneorders. I rarely order anymore because this has turned into a regular occurrence. Ordered last night (friday) at 10pm. I waited until after midnight then gave up. Went in today around lunchtime, and even though... Anthony (the manager) was the only staff member there, he was sure to be as helpful as he could, given the circumstances andremade it all within an hour. Remember that they typically have only one driver, and that they have very minimal in store staff,before putting them up on a cross. Just normal people trying to do the best with what little they have. Corporate, shame on youfor not giving these guys a hand when they so clearly need one. Read more
This dominos location is terrible. Ordered delivery of one pasta dish and a coke at 11:40pm, at 12:40am I called and asked about... the status of my order and was told I could expect it in half an hour which I was cool with since I am used to the long waittimes, however they then called me at 1:20am saying they could not deliver and were going to cancel my order. When I asked ifthe food was there to pick up they told me they hadn't started making it yet. I'm hungry and annoyed and it seems the managerConnor is really bad at his job. Read more
Poor customer service. We waited 45 minutes for two pizzas after having an expected wait time of 30 minutes. We arrived at the... store to find out that the pizzas were just going into the oven and it would be an additional 8-10 minutes. When I asked iftheir was any discount or anything for the long wait and missing their pickup time by so much, I was told by the manager ?no?and that I could complain online. So here I am. Read more
I've ordered from the elm street location 3 times now, all 3 times I have not received everything I ordered. So what do I get in... return? A free pizza that I HAVE TO REDEEM WITHIN 30 DAYS? All done with domino's. I'll make my own before waiting over an hourto not receive a complete order. Read more
