The girl running the window weekday mornings around 7am is fantastic. Every single time I come (3-4 times per week) she is... always so sweet, gives me recommendations, and always goes above and beyond. Literally worst experience at a Dunkin I?ve ever had. The ?manager? was doing nothing but screaming at all her employees, the... other guy who I assume was a shift leader (had a black t shirt on) totally dismissed my question when I tried to get hisattention, the one making food just didn?t obviously want to do his job. I ordered two bagels, one with butter and one withcream cheese. I got two bagels with nothing on them and two sides of cream cheese. I asked the dude in the black shirt if Icould get butter on one and he totally ignored me and walked away. Maybe if the manager wasn?t being so rude to all heremployees they would all be in better moods. There is another Dunkin a mile up the road and I will be going there from now on.That manager needs a long vacation and some retraining on how to treat her employees and customers or something because herstress could be felt through the whole place and I wasn?t the only one noticing it. Very rude girl at the window. Had pink hair. She didn't even ask if I was done or anything I ordered my first drink then she cut... me off and told me to come to the window. She obviously didn't listen after the first drink because the other 2 were completelywrong. The only thing right was the flavor.
