The absolute worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Did a door dash, they didn't have what was ordered(which should be updated on the... application), then essentially ignores us, and took forever to fix the order, the lady doing the order just disappeared. Alsovery rude. Read more

This used to be the go to location to get whatever you wanted for drinks or food. Service was great. Nowadays, not so much. They... are constantly out of necessary ingredients to make drinks. Some employees are very nice and helpful. Others are extremely rudeand couldn't care less about your experience. One particular employee dumped half a drink out to add ice then told us it was toobad, she wouldn't make our drink again and closed the window. It's sad that this location has gone downhill as much as it hasbecause it used to be the best place around but since they have hired new help, it's been steadily declining. waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line to be handed the wrong order and didn't find out until after leaving the parking lot,... wasn't worth waiting another 20 minutes for them to correct the mistake. the parking lot is a mess, if you park to go into thestore, you end up getting blocked by the drive thru line. not really worth wasting your time going to. edit to add- apparently,inside isn't better at all. been waiting 20 minutes for an order I put in through the app. thought I'd give them a second chancebut they failed me again Read more

EVERY single time I go to this location. They are ?closing? soon. I went at 5:30pm and was told that they didn?t have said item... cause they were closing soon. They close at 9pm. I was told tonight (8:30pm) ?We are closing soon and have no coffee? I state, ?You close at 9pm? Yes but, I have people in the lobby?. ?I only have two people and cannot man the counter and drive through.?There is only EVER two people there. This place has kids hanging out EVERY night.
