Five guys living in an RV maybe. I like five guys food. The food was fine tonight. Nothing wrong with the prep. It took 20... minutes to cook 3 burgers . In an almost empty restaurant. This is a review for the Waterville store. My family visited on September 11, 2022 at approximately 1:30 pm. The food was... fantastic and the service was very good given the fact that there was only 3 employees working the entire restaurant - 3!! The 2young women and 1 man should be commended for their excellent work because it was busy. Unfortunately (and not their fault),cleanliness suffered: tables, floor dirty and trash cans full. Quick friendly service and great food offering various sizes of fresh beef made to order burgers made fresh while you watch .... Lots of topping options to choose from for a different experience every time you visit. The fries are fresh cut and delicious.They also offer alternative options for those that don't eat burgers. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Always a pleasurevisiting any Five Guys location. I highly recommend. Read more

First time going to five guys. Burgers are probably the best I?ve had in a ?fast food? capacity. Fries are great and plentiful.... Little pricey, you can expect $12-15 per meal on average. We showed up right at lunch rush and had our food within 5-7 minutes.The gentleman at the counter was perfect, combination of efficiency and great people skills. I would definitely go again andwould recommend it to anyone looking for good burgers and fries. Read more
This franchise didn't make the mark here. The dining area was dirty and the ketchup pump was empty so they just put a box of... ketchup packs on counter. The burgers were not like others we've eaten. Dry meat, bun was hard and the fries were soggy!!! BUTthe peanuts were good!!! Lol! Read more
After having been to several Five Guys over the past few years, this location lives up to the reputation of being one of (if... not) the best burger chains in the country. This new location is kept clean by the wonderful staff, and the entire location ishandicap accessible. While Five Guys is always generally on the expensive side, the price is worth what you are paying for! Read more
Middle of the afternoon stop, staff was busy sending out DoorDash orders & taking new orders. The manager, Courtney was... hustling along with her staff, greeting customers with a friendly smile and even remembering what some of the regulars typicallyorder.
