Pretty regular customer of Starbucks in general, and this store in particular. They are generally pretty disorganized,... ingredients out all the time, not notifying the app and such. I generally order ahead, as the app will tell you if an item isout, like it did a couple of days ago. Happened to be in the area today, and saw the item was now in stock (or at least the saidit was now), so I put the order in. Ordered a couple of other items as well. Got the other 3 items, included another drink, andwaited a 10 more minutes for my other drink to get made. Where it did not get made, I went up to the cashier to ask what wasgoing on, found out the drink was actually not available and that they could not update the app, even though it showed out ofstock 2 days ago (suspicious). Was able to change my order, and was supposedly going to get the drink right off. Waited another10 minutes, drink never came, left. Read more

Horrible experience today, waited 30 minutes then asked where our coffees were, they list our order, a made us go back in line... to get my refund the manager needs to learn customer service skills or find another job, In my world if you makes a mistake youdo your best to rectify the situation., not make matters by taking care of your customer!! My daughter used order ahead and I pulled up with no cars in line and was scolded by Marissa for only waiting 3 minutes to pick... up my single cup of iced coffee. She uses order ahead every day and have never been scolded. Once she had forgot lten tofinalize the order and they politely asked us to circle around. Read more

Ordered my coffee and a cookie for my husband?the cookie came after a 10 min wait? so- I received a partial order? I continued... to patiently wait? waited 30 min.. after asking serval employees to check on my order to see what happened to the order? I wastold they were backed up? no one checked but they somehow knew it was another 20 mins for before the coffee could be made? iasked for a refund at this point.. as waiting in the coffee shop for 50 minutes was not acceptable to me. The woman told me Icould then go wait in line for the refund- instead investigating what happened to my order or making the coffee for me.. I leftwithout the coffee or the refund. I have never seen such poor service for the customers waiting in the lobby so ordered theircoffees at the register. What happened to taking care of the customers in the lobby? I would not recommend this Starbucks unlessyou have a day to waste waiting for your coffee. I watched 3 rounds of customers come and go while there were about 40 mobileorders ready and still a lobby full of customers who were patiently waiting for their coffees. Read more

Stopped in this morning (july 9th 7am team) and the baristas were amazing! They had a lot of patience for my mom who couldn?t... seem to find a drink she cared for. They took the time to help make recommendations and not make her feel bad for not having hadstarbucks before. They were incredibly friendly and all around great team!! Read more

It seems like there is rarely a time that this store isn't having some issue...closing early due to staffing, lobby closed due... to "tech issues," with the drive-thru line almost out to the road, one espresso machine, etc. Today, I finally made it throughthe drive-thru and ordered a coffee frappuccino with almond milk. I made the mistake of not tasting it immediately and wasprobably 15 minutes down the road before I tasted it and realized it was not what I had ordered. It was a cloyingly-sweet,cinnamony cold milky drink with no discernable coffee. I did not have the time to turn around and go back, so I tried to call. The number seemed to be out of service or something, because after trying a dozen or so times, I couldn't get through. Ifyou're on 95, just keep heading to Augusta and get your coffee there, or at the very least, taste your coffee before you leavethe window. I think I'm done with this place. Read more
