Sat out front for 10 minutes and tried to preorder. Noticed 2 employees outside smoking cigarettes. Assuming that's why they... didnt answer phone. Once I went inside they followed. THEY DID NOT WASH THEYRE HANDS BEFORE GRABING GLOVES. that means nicotineon the outside of the gloves. Absolutely disgusting. Also tried using a coupon that is valid at every store in maine. Well nothere refused to take coupons due to cost of product. Bad experience. Will not go back here. I recommend new training for healthand saftey. Read more
Like everywhere else, they're short staffed, but service is still amazing. The lunch employee is the sweetest.

Came in tonight for the first time in months. The employees were horrible this time around the young man and young girl were... clearly to involved in their conversation with the friend to help the young girl (who is obviously new)make our 4 sanwiches. Thesandwiches were horrible everything was piled in the middle leaving a good inch and a half to 2 inches on each end empty, thesandwiches we toasted but completely cold in the middle the kids meal sandwich was way smaller than normal at the most 1/2 a sixinch after all said and done they cashed us out or tried and messing up and not being able to figure out the register instead ofwaiting we said keep the change they were so excited for their tip. In reality nobody deserved a tip today we just didn't wantto wait any longer for our change or reciept. SMH such a disappointment tonight.. And to top it off it was our daughtersbirthday dinner choice...please do some more training. Read more
