Parking in front of the restaurant is at a premium. Two parking spaces, immediately in front of the restaurant, are reserved... for contactless curbside pickup, but are rarely occupied. If those two spaces were otherwise located, I would expect that mysatisfaction as a customer would be higher, in that I would be better able to park conveniently to retrieve my order from insidethe restaurant. My order was ready earlier than indicated and I received no notification of such. Pizza was not real warm even though it was... placed in warming unit. Pizza was good just had to put in microwave to have it hot. Read more
Complete incompetent workers. Pizza was sitting there outside of the oven for 10 minutes. Staff just walking around looking at... it. And then told me it was fresh out of the oven. And proceeded to yell as I walked out the door with my cold "out of the oven"pizzs. Other customers had issues with a delivery 2hrs late. I was really disappointed with my Detroit style supreme pizza. Last time I had it, the toppings included pepperoni, sausage,... green peppers, onions, and black olives. This time I only got three toppings instead of five and to add toppings it tried tocharge me more money. I am very disappointed with the pizza I received. Read more
First the order was incorrect, we had vegetarians and children in the group, meat covered pizza does not work for them. The... second thing is ongoing I order extra marinara sauce for the sticks and the extra containers are not even 1/2 full. This lastorder they just left one of the extra sauces out. Was pretty good, could use some more cheese ???? on their pizza and CHEESE bread... but their pan pizza is really good. Their... hut favorite crust topper makes their yummy, chewy crust that much better. Their boneless honey BBQ wings are good dipper inranch and their regular, seasoned breadsticks with sauce are my favorite. A little bit of crunch/chewy on the outside, soft oninside, with their hut favorite seasoning on the outside. It's so good and seasoning is such a perfect blend that it is neveroverwhelming. We just got the family dinner box yesterday and it comes with 2 large pizzas, boneless wings and breadstickswith sauce for 21.99$. Not a bad deal at all and fed 3 adults and 2 children and we had leftover pizza. Read more
I had such a pleasant experience here. Their delivery driver called off for the night and that?s beyond anyones control, I had... to wait an hour while they waited for door dash to respond. I ended up coming in to pick up, which really wasn?t a problem. Theone employee went above and beyond to make sure my experience was still good despite the wait and they absolutely did. Ireceived a credit for my time and the food was still great. They did amazing especially considering they were working alone.They kept such a positive attitude in a time that I know from personal experience is a tough time to do. 10/10 I wish I would?vecaught their name bc they were absolutely amazing.
