I've gone to this location several times at different times of day. Lunchtime is usually slow due to understaffing but the food... is good. Afternoons is usually overstaffed and they skimp on everything to get people out as fast as possible. Today however isa special case that made me write this. Went in and watched them refuse service to a couple people who weren't wearing masksdespite the fact they said they were vaccinated. Then messed up my and my wifes subs, both deluxe and while we were charged forit, neither was right. The final was that as we were leaving, a guy walked in without a mask on, and we looked to see themrefuse him... Nope he was one of the girls boyfriend's. Read more
Well, where do I begin. I have been using the app for ordering for about 2-3 months. It has been very easy with no complaints.... However, I went in today to pick up my order and was told that it hadn't been started yet because they've been very busy. Really?! That's why I use the app; so I don't have to wait in line because I, too, am very busy. Had I waited in line for myorder, would they have served customers behind me first? NO! My app order is like me in being in line, don't go around. Theycould've called to let me know there would be a delay. I requested they cancel the order; we'll see if I get a refund. Read more
