Horrible service!! Went through the drive thru not only did it take forever to get my food, but once I got my food and pulled... away I realized they gave me the wrong food so I stop to go inside to return the food and the doors are locked on Sunday so Ihad to get back in my car and come back through the drive-through and wait another 20 minutes just to get my food. I don?t thinkI should. I had to pay for this food the service and the people were disrespectful. Horrible!! Read more
This place has gone down hill very disappointed. We had the 2 for $10 BIG Kings. Absolutely disgusting. The bread was hard the... burger meat was nasty. The lobby was filthy. Honestly won't be eating here again. Read more

You just can't beat the cleanliness and quality of nice rural BKs like this one. Well, I can't speak for them all, but this... franchise included care and quality with my Whopper meal, something that lacks in the urban BKs that I'm unfortunatelyaccustomed to. Stop here and enjoy a Whopper that looks like the picture, that tastes like it should, and is served by peoplewho care about the quality of food they give to you. Read more
Pathetic customer service from Jordan who was working Aug 5 2022 at 5:15pm. Mobile order was not showing on their end, I showed... him the order had processed on my phone and he insisted he could do nothing for me. Bank was charged. He had a condescendingattitude saw an upset customer and instead of figuring something out stuck with the ?your order is not here?. It was to thatrestaurant and he agreed that he saw the order on my phone and that the location was correct. Pathetic customer service. Iusually have no issues with this BK, but today was just awful. He needs to be retrained or empowered to do something for thecustomer. Contacted Corporate through the app and got a refund within minutes (will post in account in 3-5 business days). I came in SUPER late tonight on a Sunday and was given some amazing service for the size of the order I had. I know that orders... like mine, and being as late as they are, are probably super annoying; but the care we were given meant a lot. I wish we couldtip here via card like many other places. I took drive thru and ordered 5 impossible whoppers, when I pull up theres this extremely old... women giving my food who has lumpy hanging skin and literally HAS A BEARD GROWING OUT HER CHIN. Went through the drive-thru with a special request and received it exactly how I asked. I was in and out very quickly. When I... came to the windows, I had an older woman at the first window and an older woman at the second window. It?s nice to see BurgerKing with so many different generations and age groups.
