When I first arrived at 11:45am, I was told "Sorry but we are closed." I then said "I ordered through the app, so how do I get... my money back?" After I asked for my money back I was then told "We can make your food." When I received my order I informed thedelivery person that the drink was the wrong size. The delivery person just became argumentative. The food was put togethervery poorly.While I was waiting to talk to corporate on the phone the customers that were being turned away I told them how Iordered through the app. After telling several people about the app I watched the lady that was parked in a car by the entranceunlock the door and go inside. The lady apparently locked the door behind her because more customers tried to go in after thatbut the door was still locked. I'm glad that I am not the franchise owner.
