Pretty disappointed in the lack of consistency, I work a 3pm to 3am shift and always stop in for a breakfast sandwich, went a... week of coming in and having several options but over the last week they have had nothing done or even started, when I askedwhen they would be out they had the kitchen lady make a sausage egg and cheese biscuit for me but her attitude was way out ofline. For the Africans that cook the pizza, you ladies lack communication and job experience. You just stare at the customers without... asking them if we order or what?s are order. You have to approach them but it?s so difficult to even get their attention. One ofmy orders you ladies gave away, another order took you two hours to complete. Usually good service but they have gone downhill in the past month. I ordered my pizza with the gentlemen, walked the store with... my children for about 15 minutes, when to see if the pizza was ready and the gentlemen saw me and he started doing my order. Read more
I normally have a good experience at the store, we order pizza every Friday night and the service is normally good same with the... pizza, tonight I ordered my pizza they told me 25 minute wait that's fine I got there in 30 minutes my food was never even putin the oven the lady told me 10 minutes I will have a pizza ready I came back picked up my pizza got to the house me and myfamily went to eat the pizza the pizza was undercooked and still Dowie and therefore called the store Andrea answered thephone and she was rude told me I'd have to wait till tomorrow to have another pizza and therefore told her I'd like to speakwith a manager she then proceed to give the phone to her manager but before that she said this guy is weird to the Managernever corrected her on that never said nothing and the manager was not very pleasant either when I went picked up the pizza Itold her she needs To address her employe on customer service and customer respect !! I can't believe how low Kum and go has become, they have this new Amanda lady as there GM and I can't believe it, she's so lazy... walks around on her phone talks to people while everyone else works, I watched her for 15 minutes one day because she was beingso rude to an employee. I worked there many years ago and had that kinda thing been going on corporate wouldn't be having that,I talked to an older lady there I asked her schedule albecause she was there so often I couldn't believe it, they are ran ruggednow no set schedule just thrown everywhere I would be dead tired if I was them! ???? And the GM is on vacation like every weekomg! Corporate I think has forgotten our store in little old watford it seems.
