Ordered 50 bucks worth of food that was brought to our shop. I called and told the manager that my burger was missing the... sandwich was missing the hotdog in the all American sandwich which keep in mind costs $11.50. She asked for me to bring thesandwich back and they would make the hotdog.. I let her know I wasn't able to leave the shop because I was alone. She also saidshe would just remake it too. I said sure let's do that. I will be in later (hour later)... Came in on time, bought a drink toeat with my burger and sat down. Manager comes up and says I needed to bring the burger with me ( not explained on the phone)... only options she had was to give me a voucher valued less than the burger at only $10. I just asked her to remake thesandwich since I haven't eaten lunch yet. She said to use the voucher and pay the difference of 1.50 if I wanted asandwich. Pay 11.50 for an incorrectly made sandwich to then pay another 1.50 to have it remade. Never in my life have I had aninteraction like this... our shop will not be ordering from here going forward. Ended up going to Hardee's across the streetfor lunch. I still can't believe that it was the store manager that pitched this either. Read more

THERE IS A EDIT AND A TL;DL at the bottom Day 2 Edit: they messaged me and I went in the next day and they fixed all the... problems to make sure they doing right it's great food and worth the stop Day 1: DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS DINING IN it is good butdidn't get the whole order missing 2 brownies and a drink and didn't get my bowl of tomato soup had some weird soup and a nonesoup thing potine had no gravey or chesse on it TL;DR : online order messed up but it was fix the next day Read more

The sandwich was good. The burger was alright, but definitely over priced for what you get. Fries were old/a little stale.

First time I went here it was amazing, second time I'm not as pleased. My husband is allergic to onions so I make sure every... time I get him food that I say no onions, I made an over the phone order in which I said no onions on our sandwichs and wenthome with our order expecting the great experience we had the first time my husband took me there. He said they were the bestsandwich place he's ever been. When I got home I opened my sandwich to check for safety precaution and there was onions not onlyon my sandwich but his as well. I am not very happy, but I understand they were busy. Hopefully next time they take time intheir customers order. Read more
