Great food and awesome to have a place at Rosecrans to eat. Otherwise it's at least 10 minutes to the next closest thing. The... best part is you don't have to settle. The food is great, the staff is amazing and friendly, and the dessert isn't bad either! Great selection on the lunch menu with daily specials. Have had their great breakfast a few times as well. Located in theterminal with ease access fir those flying in, or coming over from the base or other businesses on the airfield. Definitelyrecommend. Read more
Had to get their mac attack wrap with mashed potatoes and a dutch apple pie dessert with vanilla ice cream side. Really good,... especially the mashed potatoes. The chicken in the bacon & macaroni and cheese wrap was really good, didn?t need the sweet bbqsauce side. Parking is fine. Just to be clear the restaurant is in the first floor of the airport traffic tower. Had really goodviews of the landing area of the airport, if you?re interested in that kind of thing. Flew up for lunch today. Had fried chicken salad and tenderloin sandwich. Both great. Brought home smoked sausage for beans and... rice. OMG. So good. The cook is phenomenal. The staff is the absolute best. Go. Go. Go. You won't be disappointed. Read more
Super friendly staff. Nice view even though we didn't get to see planes take off or land the kids liked looking at the planes... that were there. Very good portions of food making it a great value for price you pay. I highly recommend it to anyone lookingfor good food and awesome staff Read more
The food was incredible and they had super nice service! I'm really glad we stopped in! I had the bacon cheeseburger, which was... very good! It had great seasoning, and was cooked perfectly! Absolute gem of a diner. Wonderful staff, extremely friendly and easy going. Driving up I wondered if I was in the right place,... as it looked like the airport tower building. That's probably because it is. Simple menu with your breakfast basics, lunch menuis even shorter. I've always been weary of a restaurant with a large menu. This place does a few dishes, but those dishes theydo amazingly well. Fly in or drive in, whichever you'd prefer. Now, to the dish. I ordered the breakfast burrito withhashbrowns. Typically, it's eggs, sausage and cheese, but I had them throw in some ham and bacon to boot. It was plated andpresented beautifully, with a small side of salsa. I never even touched the salsa. Phenomenal burrito, good hash browns. Thebrowns could have been slightly crispier, but that's a personal preference on my part.
