Good place to find Coke Zero in a drink.
I stopped into this Casey?s store on June 25, 2022 at 10:30 am to use the restroom.. I was appalled by how filthy the restroom... was. Trash over flowing and on the floor, no paper towels. When leaving the store the clerk was busy texting on her phone!!!This has got to be the worst Casey?s store ever and I have been in a lot. Don?t think I will ever stop again. Read more
Was on the road during the tornados on Wednesday. I had nowhere to go, and I had over an hour left of my drive. The emergency... messages on the radio were telling everyone to get off and stay off of the roads. We were having 90 mph wind gusts and tornadoactivity. I had no where to shelter, so I stopped at Casey?s to at least have a roof over my head (and to grab something to eatand drink). There was a woman at the door telling people that ?As soon as the sirens go off, I have to have everyone out and thedoor locked.? I was absolutely appalled! I got back on the road and drove to St Joe, which was not safe to do at all, but I hadno other choice. Is this Casey?s policy? If there had been a tornado outside the store and the sirens starting going off, wouldthey really kick people out into it? I?m not at all impressed. Read more
This is our go-to place. We fuel cars, order pizza, and stop here for snacks. This being said, the fountain machine seems to be... out of order a lot. Either the pop machine or ice machine is broken down. I?ve also found the area around the fountains to bevery dirty. The counters and floors do not get cleaned like they should. Do the pop and ice machines need updating? I?m surethey get used a lot. Discouraging to come in and find these out-of-order. Read more
The bathrooms were disgusting but the customer service was great. I took my kids into the men's restroom and it reeked, toilet... paper was all over, and the toilet was gross. My daughter refused to use it. So I tried the woman's restroom once it was clearand the exact same situation in there. How a restroom is maintained inside of any establishment shows a lot about thatestablishment! This place needs work. Read more
I tend to go to Casey's in Wathena a few times a week beings I live just down the street, used to always stop in and grab... something to eat and something to drink. Anymore they hardly ever have anything stocked. Breakfast sandwiches, Donuts,hamburgers, pizza by the slice are hardly ever stocked anymore. Idk what's going on must be new management that has taken over.Casey's is the gold mine in Wathena. Keep your food and beverages stocked! Read more
I am fed up with this Casey's General Store. Everytime we order something from them they either cannot make the complete order... because they are out of an ingredient or they just do not make it correctly. In our last order we received our Taco Pizzamissing the refried beans, salsa and taco chips. All the ingredients that make a Taco Pizza. When we called they just said sorrywe are busy. I have also frequented this establishment in the mornings and find that there is no customer service skills beingutilized by even the Manager that works the morning. Read more
Save your time and go down the highway to Conoco(Fast Gas). This place has gone down hill. Nothing ever seems to be... stocked-beverage coolers bare. Don?t even bother stopping here in the morning on your way to work because you will for sure belate...line wrapped clear around the donuts to the frozen goods cooler-all while only ONE cashier is working..I don?t know whythere are even 2 registers when only one person rings people up in prime busy hour. There are other workers there that canclearly see the line is ridiculously long, but don?t even bother hopping on the register to get the line down. Just a $h!t showin the mornings. Oh, and too many handicap parking spaces-never anywhere to park. Read more
