Why are the hours for this establishment listed till 9pm every day, yet they are turning out their lights as early as 6:30pm,... appearing as if they are closed. I will be contacting the owner to make sure he?s aware his business is closing early on aregular basis. Read more
45 minutes for a sandwich and a drink. 45 MINUTES. Absolutely ridiculous. Employees stood there staring at the crowd of people... and complained about their jobs. Taking and completing one entire order before even taking the next also feels very inefficient.Don't bother with this Dunkin. Read more

This Dunkin is an absolute disgrace to society. This manager who?s a ginger is terrible in customer service. I get people who... work at Dunkin are probably not educated but I would think it would be common sense to be nice and polite to customersespecially when there?s a problem with an order and your employees only put a slice of cheese and 1 single piece of bacon on abacon egg and cheese sandwich what a joke. wish I could give 0 stars. This Dunkin is ridiculous anymore. The redhead manager is ridiculous, we got a bacon egg and cheese... that only had a half slice of cheese and seemed like one half piece of bacon. It?s annoying because their prices aren?t gettingany cheaper. The manager was very rude to us and didn?t seem to care about the customer service they were providing. Here for two days and on the first day I got a 7 dollar coffee that was undrinkable. The second day I got a black coffee with... syrup not at all what I asked for and when I tried to clarify the people are SO RUDE. Never again. Read more
Desperately wish I could give them 0 stars. This is by FAR the worst Dunkin around. It's dirty, the manager is rude to customers... AND employees. I feel TERRIBLE for the few kind employees. I shouldn't stand there and hear a "manager" berate her employee,hear the employee ask for basic decency and hear the manager say, "I'm your BOSS, I can speak to you ANY way I'd like." Somebasic training would so her well...here's a few tips: discipline in private, treat your employees respectfully, and no customershould listen to your ridiculous yelling match over making customer orders. Now, same "manager" on CUSTOMER service...we waiteda good 15-20 minutes for our mobile order, she made eye contact with me no less than five times, even as I stood by the mobileorder pick up, she continued to ignore me. Finally, she asked if I needed something, and I told her I was waiting for a mobileorder. That's when I found out they were out of what I ordered. Also, don't bother ordering extra anything because you'll spend$1 on a single slice of bacon...and I heard the gentleman tell the girl making the order when she mentioned the extra bacon weordered, to just add one piece because "they don't need that much." Honestly, maybe we don't, but I don't think it's right tocharge $1 for a single piece of bacon. Overall, it was a terrible experience BEFORE today, and today sealed the deal to not goback.
