The service staff is not well trained! I ordered a milkshake and the kid put Ice in the blender and made a bizarre milk smoothie... and it was pathetic. The combination Dunkin- Baskin-Robins has focused on coffee so much that the Baskin portion is one of theworst In Georgia. Very sad!! Read more
Piling a scoop and a half of ice cream in a single bowl and saying chocolate drizzle is hot fudge is not a double scoop... sundae. Floor and work counters were also filthy. Server mumbled instead of talking. He never even apologized foranything. Didn't get my business this time. I doubt I will try again. Read more
Today was the LAST TIME we will ever visit your establishment. It?s sad and unfortunate due to the fact that we really ?did?... enjoy Baskin Robbins and have for decades. We chose to visit and trade with your store because you are local and wereconvenient. I will drive the extra 20 minutes next time to a competitors establishment. The time before this (approximately amonth ago) I vowed was my last time as I wanted to give you guys one more chance - this time was an even more unpleasantexperience than the time before and this genuinely was our last time to the ?local? ice cream shop. Your staff just doesn?t seemto care. They exuded laziness and an overall lack of focus on the task at hand - very sad if I were in your shoes. For starters,I timed my wait time to be served, it was 4 minutes and 37 seconds before I was greeted by anyone and I was the only person inline and when I was finally greeted, there were no smiles and welcoming display of thanks for coming in today to ourestablishment, instead it was sulks and a somber look of being angered by my presence. The second flaw was the cleanliness (orlack thereof). Very dirty where food was to be prepared - floors and restrooms were also very dirty. And lastly, the person thatwaited on me ?appeared? to be perhaps the manager and showed no enthusiasm even after I smiled and said hello - I was greetedwith what do you want? I wanted to say, I?m happy and about to get ice cream and why are you in such a bad mood but I obviouslyrefrained from such behavior. When I asked for a banana split and requested the standard toppings (pineapple and strawberry),the person taking my order stated that you don?t have them (strawberry and pineapple) and even went so far as to insinuate thatthese toppings don?t come with a banana split and that she had never ?heard? of those two toppings being put in a banana splitand said ?ever? with emphasis. This location leaves a lot to be desired. The setup and concept is good. The service is just bad. All around bad. They all seem... lost, they are unwilling to accommodate, recommend, give you the things you need with your purchase. Then become veryargumentative. On more than one occasion now. We just do not like this place. All the money we spend on things for the schools,and our kids, we feel this is not a place we will support. Read more
This Baskin Robbins is combined with a Dunkin Donuts. I went during a pretty quiet time, so there was no wait. The server was... friendly and we were given a generous amount of ice cream. My son got strawberry ice cream and I got rocky road. One scoop wasplenty! The only downside is people hang out there to use the WiFi, so seating is sometimes limited. Read more

Went in to buy a birthday cake (which just a week prior it was $7 cheaper for the same size) and chose a cake & from across the... ice cream counter I was able to spot a huge hair mixed in the icing. The teen proceeded to pull the hair out with her hand, dropin on the floor and really questioned if I would still want it. She put the cake back in the freezer to be sold. Yuck. A few of us people came in to buy ice cream 15 minutes of closing got to turned away because they already had the ice cream... locked up they said due to fixing to close they said.????????If I own a business like that my employees would have it open tillactual closing time and not turn one single customer away.
