I stopped ordering from here when the delivery driver left my pizza on the porch a year ago and didn?t even knock. It was... covered in ants when I finally got curious enough to open my door and check the porch love seat. I never received a refund. Iwas instructed to stop by on a particular day to speak to a particular person. Total inconvenience for me and the few times Icould get there the person wasn?t there. Fast forward a year later here I am giving them another chance and twice now I?veordered delivery only to be called back to be told they don?t have a driver. Stop offering delivery if you can?t deliver. Neverordering from this location again. Three strikes and you?re out. Read more
The pizza was ok, but not up to my expectations of Domino's. More irritating was that I waited at the drive up window about 12... min (at the end of which was 13 min past the latest time it was supposed to be ready) without ever seeing anyone. I backed mycar up and rang the bell again about half way through my wait, so I know it went off at least 2 times. Finally went inside, wasgiven the excuse that there were only 2 people there, while my food sat cooling on a shelf. My order was prepaid to pick up atthe window, so they should have been expecting someone to show up for it. If one of them had taken their little selves to thewindow they at least could have said "sorry, we're really busy, please hang on a few". Or, better yet, check the shelf forwindow pickup orders and run it over to me. Read more
The Worst. We ordered delivery , they said it would take 30 minutes, 2 hours later we had to go to the store to get it. I called... and a lady hung up on me, then I called back and a man hung up on me. I will never order from there again. Read more
