The last 3 times we ordered pizza and wings from the Watkinsville store we ordered the works pizza half the pizza looked like a... cheese pizza the other half had hardly any toppings. look at your pizza before you pay for it . a waste of $40 will never orderfrom them again Read more

UPDATE: Never received a refund, I was lied to by Sarah - the General Manager of this location. Reached out to the corporate... office about my experience. ...... Very disappointed in how my order was mishandled. I spoke with the GM, Sarah to hopefullyresolve the issue - as Papa John's was not completely at fault. However, Sarah was very nonchalant and chose to be combative tomy issue. I chose to get a pizza delivered for my son doing well in school. The pizza sat outside on the wet pavement withearthworms crawling around. There were stacked boxes that the pizza could have been sat on. It was beyond frustrating. Overall,three associates continued to hang up the phone on me until I was told by Sarah a refund was issued and corporate was aware ofthe issue. She also told me not to order from her location again. This is disappointing - as we have ordered from this locationover five times in the past few months. I asked them to have better customer service and be more understanding when they receivea complaint. It's not towards the person and customer service is felt - it's not just a tone on the other end of the phone.Also, I was called immature. *Sigh* Please do better. I know it can be rough working in customer service -as you will get someirrational customer calls but I have NEVER had an issue with this company. I am beginning to believe there was a culturedifference, as I was told my tone was rude from my initial call. Again, let's improve how we view someone who calls with acomplaint. We are all human. I called for pizza - for an excited six-year-old boy. #devastated #disrespected #disgusted#earthworms I am very rational and understand a lot of the drivers are outsourced. Next time, let's reach a resolution versusbeing combative. I'm very easy to talk to. Thanks, Sarah and your associates that repeatedly hung up the phone when I tried toresolve the issue. Read more

I can?t even begin to describe how FABULOUS this Papa John?s location is. From the front counter to the delivery person, they... ROCK!!! We have ordered from them for well over five years now, and literally never had one problem. The store manager Sarahloves her team and it shows in everything. Everyone is just happy!! They make delicious food, and let every customer know theymatter. I?m so incredibly thankful to have this option for pizza for our family. All of the other pizza options in Watkinsville,fall far below the mark with us. This Papa John?s team is just great!! Read more
