I put 5 stars on this rating due to the amazing assistant manager named Kevin. I had an unpleasant experience w someone on the... line. She kept going back and forth saying that she made what I ordered correctly while arguing with the nice girl who rang upmy order. Kevin, the ASM made me extremely happy in the end. He needs a raise. Ordered a chicken sandwich only. Drove up to the window, young man said 15.60. For a chicken sandwich? He said 5.65. gave him... a 10 dollar bill. He gave me back .35 cents. I said I gave you 10 dollars. He said oh, and gave me the correct change. Won'tbe back. Read more

I LOVE Zaxby's, but the Watkinsville location is starting to break my heart. I was informed yesterday that they no longer offer... the "blue zalad". Then the last few times my order has been slightly off, or I get shorted my extra sauce. That being said, itis one of my favorite chicken places. They're super busy at lunch time. My favorite Zaxby's location is Epps bridge, worth the15 minute drive if you have the time. I'm not even sure why I'm writing this, who hasn't had Zaxby's? It's the flagship fastfood of the southeast. If you haven't been, you must make a pilgrimage. *I have never been to a bad Zaxby's, just some arebetter than others. Read more

Good chicken and outstanding salads. Pleasant service and interesting items on wall in each store.
