I wish I could give you less than one star. I GOT a double chicken tostada with beans. THE Chicken was dry and burned. WAS... actually gross. And no refried beans. Went back through the drive through and they don't sell any refried beans. So I got atostada salad with dry burned cold chicken no refried beans on the shell. Worst food ever Read more
Real tasty food and quick services
The chicken is skin and bones, the beans are a 1/4 cup serving and just warm, the salad is just lettuce, chips, with a drizzle... of green dressing, and the rice does not taste good. It was an expensive lunch. Read more
Went thru drive thru and order they told me it was gonna be a 15 min wait for my food which I didn't mind at all but when the... order came and I got home the chicken was really burned and and there was barely an meat on the chicken. I also order the newBeef Birria Tacos and their expensive $11 for two small tacos and the small cup of sauce it came with. They weren't good eithertasted more like oil then anything and wasn't fresh , I wish I went back cause pretty sure the management would much agree thatthe chicken was burned!!! Read more
While our meal ended up being pretty good, the restaurant appeared to be in chaos. Long lines to order because the cashier kept... disappearing to help elsewhere, and a long wait after ordering. That seemed to all be a result of it being a busy lunch. So,understood. The part that really bugged me was just how filthy the place was. The floor was sticky, and even the walls hadgrubby fingerprints and old stuck-on food. Not the result of just a busy lunch rush but a longer period of inattention. Totallygross. For fast food, this was delish! I?ve never been to an el pollo loco and I was impressed to see them actually grilling raw... chickens over fire right there behind the counter! Try the new tapatío fries dipped in the avocado salsa! Read more
