This McDonalds is a joke. The drink costs $2 instead of 1 and they don't allow refill.
This is one of the slowest McDonald's in all of Northern California. The employees are working hard to get everyone's orders... done, but the manager refuses to schedule more employees or is under orders not to do so from the franchisee/owner. Either way abad decision for customers waiting and waiting and waiting. Read more
Worst McDonalds in Watsonville. I order through drive thru. They had me move to window #3 to get my food. I waited there for 15... minutes while they gave everyone else their food behind me. I got off and asked them if they were going to give me my food. Thegirl in the window looked confused, they then bring me my incomplete order I called the manager on site and told her that I didnot receive my complete order and she asked me if I had my receipt (which they did not provide me with one) I told her they didnot give me one and she replied with the worst tone "well you should always get one" so I replied " if you are a manager this isnot the way you need to reply to a customer" she hanged up the phone on me. I tried calling back and she did not pick up mycall. What kind of customer service is this. I will be reporting this to BBB because this is not the first time I see this. Read more
Plenty of room to sit and enjoy a nice brkfst. Food perfect, oj juice perfect, but one girl every time I asked for syrup,... butter, or salt and pepper always wanted to give me ketchup and twice she did hand me pacs of ketchup. ???? Read more

I normally just stop for coffee, its good and hot, and the price is right. I just want to eat healthier. Bring cash, because... many times thats all they take, no cards. Machines are down . And I use drive through. Read more
