My favorite donut shop in Santa Cruz County. If you go between 6:55 to 7:05am any day the glazed with chocolate top will be... freshly made. What I like about Top Donuts is the consistency and quality of the dough and chocolate. Most of the other donutsfrom other shops are either too dry or too greasy. They've done a fantastic job in that regard. The chocolate is also the bomb.It's not overly powerful sweet, but just perfect. Read more
