Cashier was clearly wanting to be somewhere else. I couldn't get him to scan my rewards card stating that I had done it several... times while placing my order. I was then told I couldn't have the record of the card being scanned. The person who actuallyprepared my order deserves four stars because his service was close to perfect. This location was not busy at the time. Productwas good with many options. Ample parking and seating. Clean dining area. Read more

Convenient location on a long road. Nice staff but counter service was a bit slow. Was a bit strange though why they could do an... all-day breakfast for all their other items but the ?harvest? (vegan breakfast sausage) wasn?t available after 11am. Someoneneeds to fix that please. Read more

Me an 3 other happened into the brand new Tim Hortons. I counted 5 people working behind the counter. It has a small table area... - every table was dirty. Tried the washroom - no toilet paper:) none of the workers appeared to be over 18 and and it appearedas if there was no supervisor, at least no one in charge. It was sad. I think a result of trying to cheep out on wages. But forme a bad experience. FYI all the workers were working hard and the young girl who served me and felt with my complaints wasgreat. Read more

The French vanilla machine seems to always be in the process of being cleaned. As a previous employee I would have dried... everything and served what the customer was requesting instead of losing a sale. Legit takes less than 5min to put that backtogether for a customer other stores do it why can't this one? Read more

The service was terrible. We arrived after playing golf and were really looking forward to a coffee and something to eat. We... were told they only had what was available in the showcase. We decided coffee was the only thing we could get. The attitudesthat we were a huge inconvenience to them. They didn't ask for rewards cards and had to credit and redo. My coffee was made with3 creams....then to be told they thru out all the rest of their coffee. Begrudgingly they made another pot as I couldn't drinkthat much cream only to give me another coffee that was watery and still too much cream. All of us will never return to thatlocation again. July21/22 This was the worst customer service I've ever had. A bunch of kids fooling around at the counter. I had to say my... order 3 times because I was interrupting their conversation about how the kids beside him had very little facial hair. When Iwent to the woman on the coffee bar about the experience I had trying to order the lady just threw her hands up and walkedaway. Where are the managers, the trainers or supervisors?? Read more

I went to this Tim Hortons at approximately 8:40 PM this evening. I ordered two turkey bacon club sandwich combos, and two bacon... cheese melts. At the order mic, I was told that the combos could not accommodate potato wedges and that the only option wasmuffins. At this point I thought that was strange but proceeded to cancel the combo option and proceeded with the rest of theorder for two turkey bacon club sandwiches, two small coffees (not as part of the combo), and two bacon cheese melts. At thepay window, after paying, I was advised that the grill was off and so I needed to cancel my bacon cheese melts. I told them Ineeded to re-order something, as those were for my children, and requested three more turkey bacon club?s . For those of youdoing the math, this is a total of five sandwiches rather than 4. I needed to add the additional sandwich because my childrenare young and the turkey bacon clubs are harder to manage and cut in a moving vehicle as compared to the bacon cheese melts. Ioffered to pay for the additional sandwich. What came to me was two turkey bacon clubs, one roast beef sandwich, and one crispychicken sandwich. The employee proceeded to visibly avoid the window when we were trying to get their attention to let them knowthat we were short a sandwich, and additionally, two sandwiches were incorrect. When they finally came, after much lost time tomyself and the people behind us (who were honking), the errors were finally corrected by the addition of two more turkey baconclubs. This meant that the roast beef sandwich and crispy chicken sandwich were in excess, I offered again to pay for theadditional sandwiches. I was refused and at that point thanked them and drove away with my food. This consumed a half hour atthe drive through. Unbelievable! This experience left me with some questions.
