Ok so today's outing (5/19/22) saw me in the metropolis of wauchula. FL, where I found this Lil gem. Right on main street in the... downtown area. The interior has the nice look of red bricks with some interesting paintings and such. My eyes were instantlydrawn to the large wood fire brick oven. A budy told me the pizzas that come out of that over are amazing. I started with thesoup and salad bar. There were 2 soups (both amazing) and the salad bar was great. Main dish was a pasta dish that you basicallymake to order. There was like 7 different pastas (I chose angel hair) 7 sauces (I chose the white sauce) and veggies and orprotein (I chose mushrooms). Giovanni's is always really good they made some menu changes a little while back but I'm okay with the changes, they still have... their brick oven pizza, and it is awesome the best anywhere around here as far as I'm concerned. What they do with their pastais you choose the pasta, the sauce and whatever protein you want to go in it and they have a alot to choose from. You get soupand salad with a dinner and the salad bar is a nice salad bar, the blue cheese is fresh and I like that. The soups are fresh andflavorful. It's a great little local place! Great for birthdays and anniversaries or just dinner with your favorite people! Read more
