Awful customer service. Staff is rude. Manager was even worse and rolled his eyes while saying "have a great day." Please stop... acting like your customers are inconveniences. We were the only ones in the drive thru and got this awful service. Will not bereturning to this location. Read more
Great downtown location in Wauconda we ordered the new thin mint blizzard, Hot triple chocolate brownie, two Oreo blizzard?s... classics and then a Blue raspberry misty twist. It?s one of the locations that?s open until 1030 also has a drive-through andthe treats we?re great to crave that sweet tooth. Read more

Emily our server probably should find a job in a crabby place. We come to spend our money on a happy ice cream experience... right? Emily, we don't do sprinkles or cherries. Okay do you think we could have a umbrella over the table. Kind of hard toeat ice cream in the sun. No, no umbrellas all our customers messed them up so no more umbrellas!
