Glad I found Main Street Outfitters. Paul has been great, I was able to try out several different electric bikes until I found... the Interceptor that was a great fit. Paul found me some additional accessories for the bike. I've already put over 200 miles onit and have actually lost over 18 pounds by getting out often and putting several miles on the bike. After riding my buddy?s Pedego bike for the first time I was hook, will never ride a Traditional bike again. Got Paul?s # and my... wife Connie and I went out a bought two Interceptors one blue and one red. had a feed beers at his bar while he got our bikeready to go. Best investment one can make. We use our bike regularly to go to local events, what a way to avoid finding a placeto park. Paul is readily accessible to help with any issues you may have. Great guy! Dale & Connie Read more
Absolutely amazing customer service!!!! We stopped by hoping to drop off our ebike for service - we were traveling and our home... is 5 hours away. We had a mishap with the bike carrier and needed major work done on our bike. We figured we would need toleave it to get fixed - we needed new handlebars, new chain guard and new bumpers. Paul went above and beyond with the level ofservice that we received! He fixed it while we waited! Then, to top that off - they also have a little bar/restaurant next totheir bike shop. We spent our time with Tammy having lunch and a beer. We were obviously in a vunerable position but the pricewas very reasonable, the service awesome, and just an all around great experience. I visited this shop interested in a Pedego bike. The owners were very welcoming! They let my family and I try out the bikes, and... when we realized that our Jeep was too small to bring one back home with us that day, Paul went above and beyond to make the 32+mile drive with it in his own car. He also gave me some helpful accessories for the bike. Great experience, would definitelyrecommend! Read more
If you're an aspiring musician this is definitely a good spot to check out! The owners, Paul and Tammy are very welcoming to... everyone and do their best to make you feel at home.
