About two days ago me & my family ordered a Full Tray of the 3Chz Baked Penne & 4 lbs of beef. Both were delicious. The pasta... came with garlic bread and the beef came with French Bread, Sweet and hot peppers. Honestly really good prices for the amount offood you receive. Used to be a good restaurant for delivery. Recently, a driver forgot part of an order. I called. The missing part was delivered... but just put outside my door. Driver didn?t knock, ring bell or call. Didn?t see it until next day. Just threw it in trash. Last time I order delivery from Rosatis. Also, let?s have delivery change or tip for driver not both. I don?t mind paying atip that?s approximately 1/3 the subtotal. I don?t mind paying a $6 delivery fee .Paying both gets expensive. Do the math: $34subtotal ( two small pizzas @ $17 each) $10 tip. I ordered a pizza, wings, and a pasta dish (for my toddler) from Rosati's Wauconda through Uber Eats. When the order arrived,... it was cold and the pasta was missing. 5 minutes later Rosati's personally delivered the missing pasta. I greatly appreciatethe level of service from this establishment, and will order directly from them in the future. Read more
Ordered a Cheesy beef extra dry with fries well-done. Beef sandwich showed up so wet the entire bottom of the bun fell out... leaving me with nothing more than a soggy loaf of bread and a plate full of Italian beef and the fries were barely warm. Ordered for the first time at this location for my husband's birthday... put the order online at 9am to pick up at 11:30am. When... I arrived to pick up the order they simply said they didn't receive the order (I had an online confirmation along with proof ofpayment) and that they could give me a refund!!! Really? I had people home for my husband's birthday and they offered me arefund for not getting my order??? I said I still wanted the food obviously, and waited in the lobby forever to at least havesomething to offer my guests to eat. All I heard was, "it wasn't my fault we didn't receive your online order"... and that'sabout it! I absolutely do not recommend this place!!! First and last time ordering from this location. Read more
We ordered from this location a couple weeks ago. Not only was the pizza soggy (& I ordered it well done), an ingredient was... missing (that we obviously paid for). I called and they said they?d make a note, but when we decide to order again, we shallsee. I know they were busy, but.......! And we were not impressed with the Lakemoor location so we had hopes for this one. Thebest is Mundelin on 60, but unfortunately, they don?t deliver to us! I?ve eaten at Rosatis for years and have always had middle-of-the-line, decent experiences there. Not great, not horrible. Until... tonight. We ordered a chicken parmigiana sandwich, baked mostaccoli, and ribs. The baked mostaccoli was delicious and is theonly reason for the 2 starts instead of 1. The ribs were pretty bad. They were tough, like they hadn?t been cooked longenough. The sandwich, though, was absolutely horrific. The chicken was noticeably charred and burnt to the point that I don?teven know how an employee of Rosati?s could have put that on a sandwich and decided to send that out to a customer for delivery.It was disgusting. Below is a picture of the chicken (bread and cheese not pictured since I picked the chicken off and ate justthe bread and cheese since it was the only edible part of the item!). I?ve never had worse food delivered to me, and afterspending over $40 on this meal, I?ve never felt so ripped off. I won?t be ordering from Rosati?s again if this is the quality offood I can expect them to be okay with serving their customers. Read more
just recently ordered an 18inch Rosatis Monster. And wowwww. It was soooo good. Literally one of the best pizzas I?ve ever had.... It does have ALOT of toppings but they all complement each other and it just makes the pizza amazing. Love this Rosatis Read more
