Their coffee is to sweet for me I've tried a couple cold and hot coffees from here and unfortunately it is always too sweet.

Coffee used to be way better than Starbucks. But lately. Every time I order my coffee. It's hot chocolate. There is no taste... of coffee. I ask for 3 shots of expresso and still tastes like hot chocolate. With a bucket of sugar on top. Read more
Chikfila would have had 30+ cars through their drive thru in the same amount of time that this Caribou did 2 cars. It?s... ridiculous! There were two cars in front of me when I pulled up, one ordering and one at the window waiting. It still took over15 minutes in line. Unacceptable! And it?s just drinks and bagels!!! Read more
Super long wait at the drive up (20 mins)! Got to the window and the young gal said that they (2 girls) were both new. Shame on... the franchisee or manager for scheduling 2 new people in the same shift. We got our blended coolers and they were not good atall. We won't be back........ Read more
