The manager of the Waukee IHOP location is absolutely INCREDIBLE! She ALWAYS goes above and beyond for our family, remembers my... children and asks questions related to what they're doing. They charge for everything. Asked for salsa. Charged 3dollars more on my bill for it. Had a big steak omelet. That's like... getting a burger and charging more for the ketchup. Glad I didn't ask for that. Plus I had to ask for refills. Wasn't busy so itshould have been easy to fill up a water cup. Somewhat rude as well. Silverware was dirty. Food was cooked well. Positive thingatleast. I've been here more then once and they keep charging for every little thing and things mentioned above stand true aswell. I tip fair and use polite manners. So, this kinda of service and over charging has became unreasonable. Hence forth myreview and now. The loss of my business. Read more
