I placed a mobile order. When I pulled up I noticed that it was extremely busy both inside and with the drive through. Naturally... I expected that this was going to take a while. To my surprise I had to wait less than a minute. They were so on top of the gamethat they not only had everything done so quickly but there was no sacrifice to the drinks both with taste and presentation. Sohappy with my experience. I walk into a perfectly dim lit room, it makes me feel cozy. The sounds of the espresso machine fill my ears while the smell of... roasted coffee filled my nose. The furniture and interior design was astounding. They had burnt orange leather seats, andchestnut floors, no one misses out on a good spot here. We are greeted with a smile and we order. As my friend is talking to thecashier I analyze the other employees. It is insanely busy yet none of the workers looked like they wanted to die. They all hadsuch amazing energy and just looked nice in general. I would feel safe in a room with all these workers, every single one was awarm person. Our order is taken and we sit on the very comfortable seating on the farthest back wall. It was an exceptional spotbecause I could see everything. Business men on their computers, moms talking over coffee, teens and their friends. It wasn?tcrowded tho, it was comforting. Our names are called and we pick up our drinks. I got a iced brown sugar oat milk shakenespresso. I take a sip and it is nothing but delightful. The sweetness of the oat milk melted together with the espressoperfectly. The business was dying down as we left. When we first entered this Starbucks, there was a line down the parking lot,now it was only around 7 cars. I would not say I am a regular here, but every time I have stopped in the drinks and coffee have been exactly as expected,... employees were attentive and friendly, and have always had timely service. Read more
Unfortunately, this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The workers are rude, disrespectful and argumentative. The... baristas complain about being at work to the customers and argue about drinks with customers. After being a Starbucks customerfor years, I was honestly shocked by the behavior of the employees at this location. I would recommend driving out of your wayto go to a different location. Read more
A few weeks ago, my wife and I were staying at a nearby hotel from out of town. We were looking for breakfast and a cup of... coffee and came across this Starbucks. All the staff were very friendly and made us feel very appreciated. They were fast andour orders were perfect. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stop by for our morning coffee! I come here frequently, and normally it?s great. Great service, wonderful drinks, but today was so wrong. I asked for an iced... chai latte with pumpkin cold foam. I got milk with peppermint syrup in it. Disgusting. I even brought a cup for them to use anddidn?t get a discount until I said something. Not returning. Read more
