Ordered 2 sandwiches. Ours sat with 5 employees just standing and staring off into space, waiting while 1 employee worked on a... call in order, because they apparently didn't know how to proceed without them being done. Our sandwiches sat for 11 minutes inthe line, while 1 employee working on an entirely separate order, talked to the other one who, instead of working on ours, wasfiddling with his pants and touching his shirt constantly. When I pointed it out to a very rude cashier, she tried to accuse meof being rude because of them being busy. The line of people waiting behind us had sandwiches literally piling onto the foodbanks because these 3 employees didn't want to work past 1 guy putting mayo on 2 sandwiches that could have waited. Ordered pick up. Went to pick up and checked receipt to make sure correct sandwiches. Got home one was not even close..ordered... steak, got chicken. Called 4 times before anyone bothered to pick up the phone. Had to drive back to Subway to get the correctsandwich. They were not busy either time, both were on their cell phones... guess it is really hard to find good or evenmediocre help these days.... Read more
