Ordered 2 sandwiches. Ours sat with 5 employees just standing and staring off into space, waiting while 1 employee worked on a... call in order, because they apparently didn't know how to proceed without them being done. Our sandwiches sat for 11 minutes inthe line, while 1 employee working on an entirely separate order, talked to the other one who, instead of working on ours, wasfiddling with his pants and touching his shirt constantly. When I pointed it out to a very rude cashier, she tried to accuse meof being rude because of them being busy. The line of people waiting behind us had sandwiches literally piling onto the foodbanks because these 3 employees didn't want to work past 1 guy putting mayo on 2 sandwiches that could have waited. Even after Idropped the topic and moved away from the register, the employee tried yelling over the partition at me.. Horrible service and acrew who doesn't know how to work. Read more

The lettuce used to make our sandwiches should have been tossed. Noticeably browning and bad tasting?ruined what could have been... a good sandwich. Read more
Ordered pick up. Went to pick up and checked receipt to make sure correct sandwiches. Got home one was not even close..ordered... steak, got chicken. Called 4 times before anyone bothered to pick up the phone. Had to drive back to Subway to get the correctsandwich. They were not busy either time, both were on their cell phones... guess it is really hard to find good or evenmediocre help these days.... Read more
Scamming customers by sending out Subway coupons to the local community and then refusing to take them?? Subway, can't you do... any better? Isn't your business reputation worth the couple dollar discount from your own coupon? Read more
This subway is complete garbage. I wish it were better but 99% of the time I go out of my way to go to another subway across... town. I hadn?t been in months and thought to myself ?maybe it?s better? I was wrong. I can?t tell if it?s lack of training orlack of care but my sandwich is always made so sloppy and careless it?s impossible to eat. You may as well just load all theingredients into a canon and shoot it at some bread and wrap that up - that basically what I get handed every time i come here.Also i asked for a ?very little bit of Mayo? ?it?s literally swimming in Mayo?Anyone who is thinking of going here do yourself afavor and drive a few more miles to the west Des Moines location. It was a typical Tuesday afternoon, I was looking for a quick lunch and my boyfriend recommended subway, we eat here pretty... often, normally pretty good. However, had I known that this would happen, I would have never even looked in subways direction. Iordered a foot long on wheat with chicken breast and added egg. They overcooked my sandwich, burnt it a lil, no big deal. But afew hours laters, after I had consumed the sandwich, I started feeling nauseated. I ignored it, hoping it would go away, but itgot worse. I came to the conclusion that it was probably the eggs that made me sick. I threw up a total of 7 times just thatnight. I use to consume eggs pretty regularly without giving it a second thought, subways eggs have completely changed myperspective on eggs and breakfast. Downfalls are not taking the coupons that are delivered to Waukee residence. I was informed by the Subway staff that this is... because corp won?t reimburse the location? The team seams to work with what they have but have been told things haven?t beendelivered so they are unable to complete normal orders. The location is great and clean. Read more
