This is by far the worst Chipotle in existence. The food quality, preparation of food and assembly is always the worst. And I... keep going back!! Tonight they somehow combined and mixed up a little of all three of the bowls we ordered. The $8 guacamole wasso old, it was actually black and smelled rancid. We had to throw the guacamole out along with my daughters bowl that had theliquidy, black, smelly guacamole on it. This place sucks! Read more

Customer service isn't the best. Burrito wrapping lady didn't even attempt to wrap my burrito. Instead she wanted to double wrap... it, which I didn't want. I settled with placing in a bowl. Didn't ask for anything extra except cheese. I came home and was ableto finish the wrap no problem. Read more

Went in Sunday evening 5/22 around 730pm and the store was not busy. The guys that prepared my bowl and my burrito were... great. Checking out with Fatima at the register was terrible. She had a negative demeanor towards customers. My burrito was bigand she told the guy preparing it to leave the butt of the burrito out/unwrapped. I asked her to get me a extra tinfoil sheetplease and she rolled her eyes at me. I didn?t ask her to wrap it?.why would you hand someone their food semi wrapped? Read more
Customer service was terrible last night. The young female was terrible. No greeting, no smile, no welcome nothing and she had... a little nasty attitude problem and clearly doesn?t like her job and she wears her emotions on her sleeve. I smiled and saidhello never said anything back not one word so I just looked at the menu to see what I would order and there you go bam???? shewas too busy cleaning and doing her other duties and responsibilities besides taking care of the line she had growing?.5-10 minlater she decided to do her job never again will I go there better food else where anyways.
